We deal with all kinds of cosmetics, premium perfumes, formula milk, and other beauty & personal care products.
আমরা সকল প্রকার প্রসাধনী, প্রিমিয়াম পারফিউম, ফর্মুলা মিল্ক এবং অন্যান্য সৌন্দর্য ও ব্যক্তিগত যত্ন পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।
11. Payment & Refund Policy / পেমেন্ট ও রিফান্ড নীতি
We accept payments via bank cards and cash on delivery (COD).
If you wish to request a refund, you must inform us via email at
support@glowkart.net.
Refunds will be processed after proper verification.
আমরা ব্যাংক কার্ড এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) এর মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
রিফান্ড চাইলে অবশ্যই আমাদেরকে support@glowkart.net ইমেইলে জানাতে হবে।
যথাযথ যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে।
12. Delivery & Return / ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন
We deliver products within 24–48 hours.
Customers may return products within 48 hours of delivery,
provided the product remains unused and in original condition.
আমরা ২৪–৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করি।
গ্রাহকরা ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন,
তবে শর্ত হলো পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত ও আসল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
13. Business Ownership / ব্যবসার মালিকানা
Our business operates from a rented/leased shop.
(Proof of rental agreement can be shown if required.)
আমাদের ব্যবসা ভাড়া/লীজকৃত দোকান থেকে পরিচালিত হয়।
(প্রয়োজন হলে ভাড়ার চুক্তির কপি প্রদর্শন করা যাবে।)
